Growing together in learning, love and faith

Spring

Spring 1

For our Religious Education lessons this half term, we are learning about Creation and asking the question Who made the world?

We are learning all about the creation story and where it appears in the bible.  We will also look at how we might thank God for his creation and how God would want Christians to look after the world.

Spring 2

This half term we are learning about Salvation and asking the question Why does Easter matter to Christians?

We are learning all about the Easter story and the events of Holy Week. The children will learn to retell the Easter story, understand religious symbols and learn that Jesus is a bridge between us and God.
