There are lots of different activities you can do at home to stay fit and healthy. Here are our recommended online resources that will keep you active, healthy and happy... all at the same time!
Cosmic Kids Yoga is a YouTube based physical activity as well as mindfulness training – it is a low-medium intensity activity and children in Reception/KS1 and lower KS2 have used this in class. Cybercoach has lots of fun workouts to try- from Tai Chi, funky/street dance, marine combat and Bollywood cheerleading to name a few. Cybercoach will certainly teach your child a thing or two about different dance styles and martial art workouts! The Youth Sport Trust have restarted their after-school sports club. They run every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm. Each week there will be a different focus- Tuesdays will introduce a new skill, and Thursdays will involve a sports-specific session. https://www.youtube.com/user/YouthSportTrust/featured
