If your child is required to self-isolate for a period of time they are expected to engage in home learning. It is therefore, essential that all children are able to access Google Classrooms from a device (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone etc) within their home. School has a limited number of devices which we are able to loan out should your child not have the means to access Google Classrooms (i.e. you don't have a device, other people in the home are already using your devices e.g. for work or home learning). If you require a device from school please complete the form below. 

All requests will be looked at individually, priority will be given to Key Stage 2 and please consider that we only have a very limited amount of stock. You will be asked to agree and sign to the correct terms, use and care of our school equipment before taking possession. This is only a loan and the device must be returned to us immediately upon request and in the same condition in which it was received.
